Our team of passionate placemakers is led by local resident, Paul Andrews. The majority of the team he’s assembled is based in Chaffee County and is supplemented by Front Range resources who share a common philosophy around quality mountain living and impactful community development.

The man with the vision and determination, Paul’s departure from corporate America crossed at the right time and place for him to lead this vision to create Buena Vista’s next neighborhood. He assembled this team to execute on the vision, and worked closely with community leaders and funding sources to generate the support and capital to make The Crossing possible.

Raised in Buena Vista, the principals of S&T Construction have many years of experience building high-quality, custom homes. Their craftsmanship reflects a commitment to integrity, sustainability, and community, ensuring every project feels right at home in Chaffee County. As one of our preferred builders at the Crossing, S&T will be building the first 11 homes at The Crossing. They are also available on a priority basis to work with future residents who want to create a more custom home on their own lot at The Crossing.
