The first phase includes a mix of residences ranging from modern duplexes to efficient single-family homes opening onto common green space and larger single-family homes to welcome those who dream of calling Buena Vista home. Some of the initial homes are focused on much-needed, attainably priced, for-sale and rental homes exclusively for existing Chaffee County residents and workers to address our current housing needs.
